SAO PAULO, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Brazil's Vice President Geraldo Alckmin will have a call with U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Friday to discuss tariffs implemented by the Trump administration, newspaper O Globo reported on Thursday.
The call will be focused mainly on tariffs on steel and aluminum imports, the report said.
Alckmin, who also serves as President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's minister of industry and trade, had previously said Brazil would seek dialogue and reach out to the United States after the tariffs were announced.
