EU's Kallas won't meet US Secretary of State Rubio on trip to DC

BRUSSELS, Feb 26 (Reuters) - EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas will not meet with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio during her trip to Washington DC this week, "due to scheduling issues", her office said on Wednesday.
Kallas on Monday had said she would meet Rubio during her trip on February 26-27 to discuss efforts by the U.S. to end Russia's war against Ukraine.
