US expands visa restrictions on Cubans tied to labor export program

WASHINGTON, Feb 25 (Reuters) - The United States has expanded an existing visa restriction policy that targets Cuban officials believed to be tied to a labor program that sends Cuban workers, particularly doctors, overseas, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday.
