Vance at Munich Security Conference: to discuss Ukraine-Russia conflict settlement

MUNICH, Feb 14 (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President JD Vance plans to discuss the Ukraine-Russia conflict at the Munich Security Conference and how to bring it to a negotiated settlement, he told reporters on Friday upon his arrival at the council.
He added that the United States wanted to make sure that NATO was built for the future.
