Hub acquires Indiana-based Mayfield Insurance

Feb 7 - (The Insurer) - Hub International has acquired the assets of Mooresville, Indiana-based Mayfield Insurance.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1921, Mayfield Insurance is an independent agency that provides a wide range of commercial and personal insurance services, including life, home, auto and property coverage.
Mayfield Insurance president Dean Mayfield and his team will join Hub Midwest East, operating as Mayfield Insurance, a Hub International company.
MarshBerry served as financial adviser to Mayfield Insurance.
Earlier this week, Hub announced that it had acquired the assets of John L Kiley Agency, doing business as The Rocchio Agency, also based in Indiana.
