BRUSSELS, Feb 3 (Reuters) - A new defence spending pledge from NATO countries will be decided later in 2025 and will be "considerably" higher than 2% of GDP, NATO's Secretary-General Mark Rutte said as he arrived at an informal defence retreat with EU leaders and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Brussels.
