French foreign minister reaffirms that Europe would respond to US tariffs

PARIS, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Europe would respond to any tariffs imposed on it by U.S President Donald Trump's administration, reaffirmed French foreign minister Jean-Noel Barrot to Sud Radio on Tuesday.
Trump has vowed to address a long-running deficit in goods trade with the EU, either through tariffs or more oil and gas exports.
