Dec 31 (Reuters) - The Biden administration on Tuesday said it would delay a planned sale of oil and gas leases in Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge by one day because of a planned day of mourning for former President Jimmy Carter, who died on Dec. 29.
The Bureau of Land Management said it would read sale bids on Jan. 10, a day later than previously announced.
