** Russian President Vladimir Putin has transferred shares in brewer AB InBev's Russian joint venture into temporary management, according to a decree published on a Russian government website on Monday. nL1N3NV0DW

** Chipmaker Nvidia NVDA.O has completed its $700 million acquisition of Israeli AI firm Run:ai following antitrust scrutiny over the buyout. nL4N3NV0H3

** India's Adani group will exit the consumer goods joint venture with Singapore's Wilmar International WLIL.SI in a deal valued at $2 billion as the Indian conglomerate focuses on core infrastructure business. nL4N3NV0DF

** Bermuda-based holding company Maiden Holdings MHLD.O has entered into a combination agreement with Kestrel Group to form a new publicly listed specialty program group. nL6N3NV078
