Dec 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday:

** Chipmaker Nvidia NVDA.O has completed its $700 million acquisition of Israeli AI firm Run:ai following antitrust scrutiny over the buyout. nL4N3NV0H3

** India's Adani group will exit the consumer goods joint venture with Singapore's Wilmar International WLIL.SI in a deal valued at $2 billion as the Indian conglomerate focuses on core infrastructure business. nL4N3NV0DF

** Bermuda-based holding company Maiden Holdings MHLD.O has entered into a combination agreement with Kestrel Group to form a new publicly listed specialty program group. nL6N3NV078

** Italian regional utility A2A A2.MI has finalised a deal to buy larger peer Enel's ENEI.MI distribution assets in the northern Italian region of Lombardy, the two groups said. nL8N3NV0D7
