CAIRO, Dec 28 (Reuters) - Qatar's prime minister and foreign minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, discussed developments surrounding ceasefire talks for Gaza with a Hamas delegation headed by senior official Khalil al-Hayya in Doha on Saturday, the Qatari foreign ministry reported.
