SAO PAULO, Dec 26 (Reuters) - Brazilian pulpmaker Suzano SUZB3.SA said in a filing on Thursday it had not reached any agreement nor made any decision regarding a deal with Clearwater Paper CLW.N, after a news report saying Suzano was exploring an offer for the U.S. firm.
Last week, Bloomberg News reported that Suzano was exploring an offer for Clearwater Paper, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
Clearwater Paper said on Thursday in a statement to Reuters that it does not comment on rumors.
