TOKYO, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Japan's finance minister Satsuki Katayama said on Tuesday the government has been witnessing one-sided, rapid yen moves recently.
"We are closely watching foreign exchange moves with a high sense of urgency," Katayama told a press conference.
