GYEONGJU, South Korea, Oct 31 (Reuters) - U.S. chipmaker Nvidia NVDA.O and South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor Group 005380.KS plan to invest $3 billion to create a joint venture on "physical" artificial intelligence, South Korea's presidential office said at a briefing on Friday.
