Sept 30 (Reuters) - U.S. trade talks with Canada and Mexico are likely to be bi-lateral engagements going forward more so than tri-lateral affairs, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said on Tuesday, signaling a fundamental shift in the Trump administration's approach as it embarks on a renegotiation of a North American free trade deal.
Greer also said his agency was discussing Mexico's non-compliance with the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement on trade ahead of the renegotiation process.
