US Trade Rep says agency will be fully functioning during any shutdown

Sept 30 (Reuters) - The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will essentially maintain normal operations during any federal government shutdown given the centrality of trade policy to President Donald Trump's agenda, U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said on Tuesday.
