
MOSCOW, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Russia's state budget deficit is expected to amount to 5.7 trillion roubles or 2.6% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2025, well above the target of 1.7%, according to Finance Ministry documents reviewed by Reuters.
The documents also showed that the primary structural deficit, a gauge closely watched by the central bank for monetary policy decisions, is now seen at 1.3% of GDP in 2025, up from zero in the previous forecast.
