SNB chief says Federal Reserve is central to financial system

VEZIA, Switzerland, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Swiss National Bank Chairman Martin Schlegel said on Wednesday the U.S. dollar is still the dominant currency and that the U.S. Federal Reserve is central to the international financial system.
Schlegel was speaking in southern Switzerland.
