Brazil's current account deficit reaches $5.131 billion in June

BRASILIA, July 25 (Reuters) - Brazil posted a current account deficit of $5.131 billion in June, central bank data showed on Friday, while economists polled by Reuters were expecting a narrower $4.363 billion shortfall.
Foreign direct investment for the month totaled $2.81 billion, well below the $4.5 billion forecast in the poll.
