US Treasury Secretary Bessent says strong dollar policy remains intact under Trump, Bloomberg reports

Feb 6 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent maintained the U.S. continues to have a strong dollar policy under President Donald Trump, he told Bloomberg Television in an interview on Thursday.
"We want the dollar to be strong. What we don’t want is other countries to weaken their currencies, to manipulate their trade," Bessent told Bloomberg.
