April 1 (Reuters) - Greece's jobless rate stood at 8.5% in February, up from an upwardly revised 7.9% in January, data from statistics service ELSTAT showed on Wednesday.
Seasonally adjusted data showed 410,506 people were officially unemployed.
Unemployment impacted women more than men, at the rates of 11.3% and 6.2%, respectively.
The jobless rate for young people aged 15 to 24 years dropped to 17.6% in February from 17.8% in the same month in 2025, ELSTAT said.
