UK's Reeves to meet supermarkets, banks as consumers worry over Middle East conflict

LONDON, March 24 (Reuters) - British finance minister Rachel Reeves said she will hold meetings later this week with supermarkets and banks to discuss how they can support UK consumers at a time of concern over rising prices as a result of the Middle East conflict.

"I am holding meetings with supermarkets and with banks to discuss how they can further support their customers," Reeves told parliament on Tuesday.
