POLISH PRIME MINISTER IN HELSINKI
On Tuesday, the Polish Prime Minister will visit Helsinki, where the Finnish Prime Minister is organizing the NATO Eastern Flank Summit.
Poland is one of the co-leaders of the initiative's flagship project, Eastern Flank Watch, which aims to enhance the defence capabilities of eastern EU countries directly threatened by aggressive Russian actions, according to the government press office.
POLISH PRIME MINISTER AFTER MEETING IN BERLIN
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said after Monday's meeting of European leaders in Berlin that the only chance to persuade Russia to engage in serious talks about ending the war in Ukraine, or at least a cease-fire, is to unite the entire West.
In addition to the European leaders, the meeting was attended by the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, the government press office reported.

Polish coking coal producer JSW JSW.WA needs 3 billion zlotys ($834 million) of liquidity to keep operating next year, the state assets minister said on Monday, adding the company was considering loans from commercial banks and a government fund.
CORE INFLATION
On Tuesday, the National Bank of Poland (NBP) will release data on core inflation for November. According to analysts surveyed by Reuters, it slowed to 2.7% year-on-year from 3.0% in October.
ELECTRIC CARS IN POLAND
In November, for the first time, more electric cars were registered in Poland than diesel cars, Puls Biznesu daily reported.
