Nov 13(Reuters) - German online takeaway food company Delivery Hero DHER.DE said on Thursday that it expected growth to accelerate in the current quarter, driven by a recovery in its Asian market.
Quarterly gross merchandise value (GMV), a common metric for delivery firms measuring the total value of all goods sold, grew 7% on a like-for-like basis at constant currency rates and excluding inflation, to 12.2 billion euros ($14.2 billion).
The performance was broadly in line with analysts' forecasts of 12.25 billion euros in a company-provided poll.
