Oct 14 (Reuters) - Albertsons ACI.N raised its annual profit forecast on Tuesday, banking on steady demand for essential groceries and pharmacy products despite tight consumer budgets.
The company expects its annual core profit between $2.06 and $2.19 per share, compared with its earlier guided range of $2.03 to $2.16.
