MOSCOW, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Only four countries in the world are able to make civil aircraft engines like Russia's new PD-14, and Russian one is "the best", Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.
The PD-14 is a Russian-designed engine for Russia's new, narrow-bodied airliner MS-21, which is intended to replace the Western-made Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft.
