South Korea finance minister to meet U.S. Treasury secretary on Thursday, ministry says

SEOUL, July 28 (Reuters) - South Korea's Finance Minister Koo Yun-cheol is scheduled to meet with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Thursday, the finance ministry said in a statement on Monday.
The ministry said Koo is set to depart for Washington on Tuesday to fully devote efforts to trade negotiations during his stay.
