German ministry warns trade uncertainty could weaken economy
BERLIN, June 13 (Reuters) - The German economy ministry warned that uncertainty over the United States' trade policy remains high and could threaten economic recovery, in its monthly report published on Friday.
"Therefore, a renewed weakening of the German economy in the further course of the year due to foreign trade-related factors cannot be ruled out despite a stabilising development expected in private consumption," the ministry said.
