June 2 (Reuters) - Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Lorie Logan on Monday reiterated her plea for all banks to sign up and test their ability to tap the central bank's discount window lending facility in case of an unexpected liquidity need, including from a potential cyber attack.
"We want you to be able to easily use it," Logan said at a banking conference. "I want to make sure that bankers understand how important we think this is and that directors and investors in banks think about how important this tool is to provide liquidity in moments when it's least expected."
