May 30 (Reuters) - Greece's jobless rate stood at 8.3% in April, down from a downwardly revised 8.9% in March, data from statistics service ELSTAT showed on Friday.
Seasonally adjusted data showed 391,263 people were officially unemployed.
Unemployment impacted women more than men, at the rates of 10.8% and 6.3%, respectively.
The jobless rate for young people aged 15 to 24 years dropped to 20.4% in April from 24.2% in the same month in 2024, ELSTAT said.
