
BEIJING, May 6 (Reuters) - Chinese tourists made 314 million domestic trips during the five-day "May Day" holiday, according to data from the culture and tourism ministry, an annual 6.4% increase.
Domestic tourists spent 180 billion yuan ($24.88 billion) over the May 1-5 break, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism said in a report, up 8% year-on-year.
