
BUCHAREST, April 30 (Reuters) - Romania's finance ministry aims to sell domestic treasury bonds and bills worth 6.06 billion lei ($1.38 billion) in May, including 660 million lei at non-competitive tenders, it said on Wednesday.
The ministry has scheduled ten bond tenders with residual maturities ranging from 1.1 to 12.7 years and two auctions for one-year and seven-month treasury bills.
Romania has sold just over 37.3 billion lei worth of domestic debt in the first four months, and tapped foreign markets twice, selling 5.55 billion euros worth of 2030, 2032, 2034 and 2039 eurobonds and $1.25 billion worth of 2037 paper.
