Canadian housing starts fall 4% in February

TORONTO, March 17 (Reuters) - Canadian housing starts fell 4% in February compared with the previous month, data from the national housing agency showed on Monday.
The seasonally adjusted annualized rate of housing starts fell to 229,030 units from a revised 239,322 units in January, the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) said. Economists had expected starts to rise to 250,000.
