FRANKFURT, Feb 19 (Reuters) - The European Central Bank is getting closer to a point where rate cuts need to be stopped and policymakers should start debating this issue, ECB board member Isabel Schnabel told the Financial Times.
"We are getting closer to the point where we may have to pause or halt our rate cuts," the FT quoted Schnabel as saying on Wednesday. "I’m not saying that we’re there yet. But we have to start the discussion."
