Canadian home sales fell 3.3% in January from December, says CREA

OTTAWA, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Canadian home sales fell by 3.3% in January from December and were up 2.9% on an annual basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) showed on Tuesday.
The industry group's Home Price Index was almost unchanged from December and showed little change from January 2024.
