Feb 14 (Reuters) - Greece's annual EU-harmonised inflation accelerated to 3.1% in January from 2.9% in December, data showed on Friday.
Month-on-month consumer inflation fell 0.7%
The cost of food and non-alcoholic beverages fell 0.1% year-on-year in January, with prices of hotels, cafes and restaurants increasing by 7.1%, the data showed.
EU-harmonised inflation is an index of components that is used across the EU to measure inflation in a consistent way.
Official statistics service ELSTAT also reported that headline consumer inflation in January rose to 2.7% from 2.6% in December.
