SAO PAULO, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Brazil's auto production fell 7.7% in January from December to 175,541 units, automakers association Anfavea said on Monday.
Vehicle sales in Latin America's largest economy were down 33.5% month-on-month to 171,248 units, it added.
Despite the month-on-month drop, the figure marked the best January result for auto sales in Brazil since 2020. Production was the highest for the month since 2021.
