Europe needs to have prudent approach towards U.S. tariffs, De Guindos says

MADRID, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Europeans need to have a prudent and intelligent approach towards trade tariffs announced by the U.S. administration, ECB's Vice-President Luis De Guindos said on Monday.
"Sometimes the initial announcements don't end up materialising (..) therefore, you have to take a prudent and intelligent approach," De Guindos told Spanish TV broadcaster TVE.
