Major banks explore issuing stablecoins pegged to G7 currencies

Oct 10 (Reuters) - A group of banks including Bank of America BAC.N , Citi C.N, Deutsche Bank DBKGn.DE, Goldman Sachs GS.N and UBS UBSG.S will work together to explore creating blockchain-based assets pegged to G7 currencies, the banks said in a press release on Friday.
