Meghan Markle is feeling the love after getting the sweetest surprise from some of her biggest fans on Monday during a preview of her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan.
The Duchess of Sussex delighted fans when she showed up to a private screening of her series, which was shown to a small group of her lifelong supporters hours before its official release.
The mum-of-two shocked the group of women at the New York City theatre and in clips, the ladies can be heard gasping as Meghan walks into the room.
'A big surprise in The Big Apple tonight,' she captioned the post. 'Had to make sure they saw it first,' Meghan explained as she hugged her fans. 'The girls that have supported me for nearly a decade.'
The ladies have been following Meghan since she began her lifestyle blog, The Tig, which she ran from 2014 until 2017. The group had bottles of Tignanello wine, which inspired the name of the former website.
It wasn't long before the shoe was on the other foot, with the glamorous group of diehard fans surprising Meghan with a host of gifts, which even included some permanent tattoos dedicated to her. Meghan shared a snap of two of the ladies showing off their brand new inking, which read: 'As ever.'
The Duchess got an even sweeter surprise from her second set of super fans, Prince Harry and their two children, Archie and Lilibet. The 43-year-old shared a snap of a pretty pink and white bouquet with an adorable note attached.
'Congratulations mumma! We love your show and we love you,' the card read. It was signed off by 'Lili, Archie' and 'Papa.' How sweet?!
The proud mum mentioned her little ones in the show. She opened up to actress Mindy Kaling in the second episode, talking about her new surname, Sussex, which she gained when she married Prince Harry in 2018.
'You have kids and you go, "No, I share my name with my children." I didn’t know how meaningful that would be to me, but it just means so much to go, this is our family name, our little family name,' she explained.
Harry only made a small cameo in the series, showing up for a brief appearance in the final episode. However, it is reported that the prince was very supportive of his wife's most recent venture and was a frequent visitor on set.
All eight episodes of With Love, Meghan are available to watch on Netflix now.
