Rugby star Tiernan O’Halloran and his wife Emily are still on cloud nine after saying I Do last summer and their 2025 is set to be a big year as well!
The former Connacht player and Emily already share a son called Rían and their family is now about to grow with the couple expecting their second child.
Sharing their happy news, Emily posted a cute video of the family finding out the gender of their impending arrival, with little Rían playing a major part in the big reveal.
In the clip, which starts out black and white, he's seen walking towards his smiling parents while holding a bunch of flowers.
When the film swaps to colour, it’s revealed the blooms are blue and the family’s expecting another little boy. Adorable!
‘Feeling so blessed to be adding one more to the crew… Baby O number 2 coming September 2025,’ Emily wrote in the caption to her clip.
Emily and Tiernan were inundated with congratulations on their happy news, including from mum-to-be Chloe Boucher who announced her own baby news recently.
News of baby O’Halloran number two comes eight months after Tiernan and Emily tied the knot in Aquebogue, Long Island, New York, in a dreamy ceremony surrounded by their family and friends.
While the couple might have said I Do in America, they made sure to include a few Irish touches including the wedding classic of whipping napkins around in the air.
Tiernan and Emily have been a couple for several years and he thanked Emily for all her support over his career in his retirement statement in April.
'To my amazing fiancée Emily and precious son Rían, you guys have been my rock through so much and I cannot wait for our next chapter as a family,' Tiernan said at the time.
A huge congrats on your happy news from all of us at EVOKE, Tiernan and Emily!
