Italian energy group Ludoil agrees to buy Sicilian ISAB refinery

MILAN, May 13 (Reuters) - Italy's Ludoil has reached a deal to buy Sicilian oil refiner ISAB from Cypriot private equity fund G.O.I. Energy, the integrated energy group said on Wednesday.
