Suncor says power outage caused unplanned operational shutdown at Commerce City refinery

May 12 (Reuters) - Suncor Energy SU.TO said on Tuesday a third-party power outage on May 11 caused an unplanned operational shutdown at its 98,000-barrel-per-day Commerce City refinery in Colorado.
The company said the facility was undergoing startup activities and that smoke or increased flaring may be visible.
