SAID ON THURSDAY IT ENTERED INTO AGREEMENT WITH CATCHER FIELD PARTNERS TO AMEND CONTRACT PERIOD FOR FPSO BW CATCHER
AMENDMENTS CONVERT CURRENT CONTRACT INTO AGREEMENT WITH DEFINED END OF TERM FRAMEWORK TO 31 DECEMBER 2030 (+/- 6 MONTHS), REMOVE PREVIOUS UNILATERAL OPTIONS FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSIONS
AMENDMENTS EFFECTIVE AS OF 1 FEBRUARY 2026, EXPECTED TO INCREASE CO'S FIRM OPERATING CASH FLOW BACKLOG BY ABOUT $ 490 MILLION AS OF THAT DATE
