April 7 (Reuters) - Oilfield services firm SLB SLB.N said on Tuesday that its OneSubsea unit and Luxembourg's Subsea7 have signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Petronas Suriname to support offshore subsea oil and gas developments.
The partnership is aimed at supporting the development of oil and gas resources in Suriname’s offshore basin using integrated subsea solutions.
Under the deal, Subsea Integration Alliance - a partnership between SLB OneSubsea and Subsea7 - will provide engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services for multiple offshore Suriname projects.
