BEIJING, April 7 (Reuters) - China's foreign exchange reserves fell more than expected in March, central bank data showed on Tuesday, as the dollar gained strength.
The country's foreign exchange reserves, the world's largest, stood at $3.342 trillion last month, below the estimated $3.398 trillion in a Reuters poll. The reserves totalled $3.428 trillion in February.
The yuan CNY=CFXS fell 0.37% against the dollar last month, while the dollar strengthened 2.27% against a basket of major currencies =USD.
