BEIJING, April 3 (Reuters) - China and Canada agreed to hold high-level economic and financial strategic dialogue in the second half of this year, China's state-run Xinhua news agency reported on Friday after a meeting between Chinese and Canadian officials in Beijing.
Both sides should deepen economic, trade and financial cooperation, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng told Canadian Finance Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne, who is on a four-day visit to China.
