US drillers add oil and gas rigs for first time in three weeks, Baker Hughes says

April 2 (Reuters) - U.S. energy firms this week added the number of oil and natural gas rigs operating for the first time in three weeks, energy services firm Baker Hughes BKR.O said on Thursday.

The oil and gas rig count, an early indicator of future output, rose by 5 to 548 in the week to April 2.
