April 2 (Reuters) - Nordic forward power prices slipped on Thursday, with both contracts heading for weekly declines amid forecasts of wetter and milder weather.
Nordic front-quarter baseload power contract NSBLQU26 fell 0.66 euros, or 1.4%, to 45.5 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) at 1143 GMT. The contract was down 7.5% so far this week.
The Nordic front-year power contract NSBLYZ27 lost 0.55 euros, or 1.2%, to 46.6 euros per MWh and fell 2.4% for the week.
"Next week will be slightly milder and wetter than normal but later in the week and especially in the week after next week, drier and cooler weather with some sunny intervals is likely," LSEG meteorologist Georg Mueller said.
Nordic water reserves PCAEC00 were at 27.22 terawatt hours (TWh) below normal, compared with 24.18 TWh below normal on Wednesday.

Power prices for Germany's year-ahead contract TRDEBYc1, Europe's benchmark, added one euro, or 1.1%, to 92.75 euros per MWh.
In the European carbon market CFI2Zc1, the benchmark contract slipped 2.59 euros, or 3.5%, to 72.05 euros per ton.
The Nordic power price for next-day physical delivery FXSYSAL=NPX, or system price, dropped 18.93 euros, or 20.2%, to 75.01 per MWh.
The market will be closed on Friday and Monday in observance of the Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays, respectively.
