MEXICO CITY, March 26 (Reuters) - Mexican Secretary of Navy Raymundo Morales said on Thursday that a vessel and natural oil emanations from the seabed caused the spill along the Gulf of Mexico coast.
Mexico's state-oil company Pemex is also conducting underwater checks to rule out structural failure of oil rigs, Morales added in a press conference.
